I'm writing on behalf of a family who is migrating overseas. They are very very besotted with their pets, it's a very painful decision to give them up for adoption but no choice after seeing that China isn't the best place for piggies (the pet shop is barren of guinea supplies).
Now looking for a new home and adoring, dedicated owners to take them in. It's a male and female pair (who doesn't seem to mate at all), and must be adopted together.
Age: both under 2 years old.
Male: Jules, whitish alpaca (curly long hair, therefore requires grooming)
Female: Mikmik, black short-hair with a white crest IRC.
All their belongings: cage, food, towels, shampoo, bedding etc. will be be given away together.
I had the pleasure of babysitting these two furballs once. I consider them quite sociable, and will actually approach you or don't really mind you approaching them. The guy looks like a miniature poodle with his fur, very "chin chye", easy going. The girl is more "dao", but if you make effort to be "ngam" with her, she's the sweetest thing, loves to be carried and held and be sayang-ed (like the Chinese saying, 女人是要被哄的 ). Chubby. Owner just told me she was left on the sofa to enjoy the fan.
They need to find their new home within Feb.
So if you are interested, contact me quick with a short info your experience in guinea pigs!
