Any home remedies for hot spots or pimples, or any kind of medication that i can buy from pet shops or vet clinics ?
My dog has 3 very big pimples with pus on his testicles. He has also been constantly licking himself there, it seems quite awful, the pimple with pus is buldging out. Don't know whether to bring him to the vet, cause i visit the vet once, the medicated lotion wasn't that useful, it heals the pimples but after that it grows again on the same spot.
so, help ??

Brownpiggies...
I think my ACS is also encountering the same thing..
Guys, I am not sure if it is a same / diff case compare to skin infections.. In one of the threads I was seeking advice for "Pimples with Pus/Blood" took extra extra care of him and am glad *touchwood* the nasty pusty / bloody pop-outs are gone...
Hmm, however have also spotted milder / smaller little pimples near his private areas the past few days.. Am wondering is it due to the urine, etc...

Hey tianzai86...
Care to describe a bit more the packaging of the product? Heard / Read of Neem Oil and it from feedbacks they are rather good... Hmm, thought of giving it a try as I am relying on Neoderm cream (which I would say rather effective lah) for the time cause I am hearing you guys out on the feebacks after usage before getting Goofy to try...
Thank You Thank You

as for me, i leave the pimple to heal by itself.
based on my personal experience, the pimple grows due to the strong detergent which you use on cleaning the floor. perhaps you can change the brand of detergent.
However, not to worry, the pimple will be gone within a week.

some pets disinfectant might be useful to be sprayed on the infected area. I have a st/maltese, too and have that pimple thingy around the stomach area. I sprayed disinfectant before it gets worse, and she has recovered, now. The problem haven't started anymore, I hope will never again... =P

SqueakyBall...
I reckon it does help.
But not to strong of a 'product' on him should help ease the bumps away...
