General Details:
Gender: Female Breed: Angora Rabbit Age: 1 year 2 months old Sterilized: No History: Puffi is a beautiful angora girl who has been through some sad times. She was our second bunny and had a surrogate older sister. They were very close and got along very well but our first baby died due to a sudden illness. Before the death of her elder sister, Puffi was a wonderful rabbit. She was very easy going and loved nothing better than to cuddle up with her sister. Unfortunately, ever since the death, she never really got over losing her cage mate. Now, she has a tendency to be defensive over her territory and may bite to protect herself if you catch her by alarm. I don't wish to see her go, I love her like she was my own kid. But for personal reasons, I'm not able to bring another rabbit into the family and while I would love to take care of Puffi, I think what would make her happiest would be to cuddle with another bunny once again. Thus, I'm reaching out to everyone who's reading this. If you are experienced with rabbits and are looking for an adorable female rabbit as a companion for your furkids, please consider giving Puffi a place in your home. Puffi is currently on a diet of "Supreme Science Selective" rabbit pellets and Oxbow western timothy hay. She also loves APD [american pet diner] hay. We have yet to sterilize Puffi, because we couldn't decide whether it was more of a pro or a con to do so. She has always lived with a female rabbit and has had no contact with male rabbits. Personality/Temperament: Puffi is currently a bit of a feisty bunny, but if you are patient and gentle with her, she will not bite. She is a little defensive with her things in her cage and does not like sudden intrusions. Due to her stress from losing a cage mate, Puffi is not an easy rabbit to handle and is not suitable for first time owners. She needs an owner who can be patient with her and who can hopefully be able to pair her with another female bunny. Adoption Fee: Nil I will be including a bag of her pellets as well as her cage, water bottle, food bowl, pee pan and chew toys. Everything, including the rabbit, will be given at no monetary cost. The greatest payment we can receive would be a new happy home for our beloved baby. ** PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US IF YOU'RE LOOKING TO RESELL OR BREED FOR PROFIT. Also, first time or inexperienced owners are not encouraged, as mentioned earlier.
